Enabling Learning LLC is an education technology company founded by Luis J. Hernández, a lead instructional designer and EdTech developer with over 20 years of experience in educational technology, bilingual education, and second language acquisition.
We design and build AI-powered learning systems, online courses, and web-based tools that support language development, teacher preparation, and professional certification. Our work serves universities, school districts, and individual educators across the United States and Latin America.

Hernández is the Founder and Lead Instructional Designer at Enabling Learning, a doctoral candidate in Instructional Technology, and an educator with over two decades of experience designing learning systems, teaching in higher education, and building web-based applications for language development and teacher preparation.
