Explicit language instruction, particularly tiered vocabulary instruction, has proven to be an effective method in helping these students internalize complex language structures. However, traditional resources sometimes fall short of providing the level of customization needed to address the unique challenges faced by bilingual learners. This is where emerging AI tools, like Twee, come into play, offering innovative solutions that cater specifically to the needs of these students.
Recently, I had the privilege of conducting a couple of presentations for teachers, focusing on how we can harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance bilingual education. These sessions were not only informative but also an opportunity to explore the rapidly evolving landscape of educational technology and its impact on our daily work as educators.
